The award is a recognition of his career and was dedicated by Muguruza to the youth and the Le Bukowski room, located in the Egia neighborhood of San Sebastian. "Without my youth, my career as a musician could not have been understood," explained Muguruza, who recalled that his last concert in San Sebastián was in the youth center Kortxoenea.

He also spoke about the Le Bukowski room, saying that the Horn would be worthy of the prize. "These spaces are at risk, watch Bukowski," he said, with Mayor Eneko Goia at his side.
