In December 2022 the rapper Black Ivory was tried in Pamplona (Navarra) for the lyrics of his songs. They accused the local police and their families of making "collective threats" and, in this connection, they signal it by "hatred and violence". After being sentenced by the Court of Navarra to 25 months in prison, it is confirmed in the appeal filed by the defence of Black Ivory.

In addition to the prison sentence of more than two years, last year’s court judgment imposed a clear ban on him: Black Ivory closed the channel on Youtube and banned the artist, during the next three years, the use of media such as Youtube itself. In 2017 the rapper launched the Youtube and Instagram accounts and in 2018 the Pamplona Municipal Police put a stop: he accused him of being part of a "criminal gang". In response, Black Ivory published the letters pointing agents and a video.

Fuck Cripa and Atraco were reported to the Court of Navarra. Judges have decided that threats can be heard in these songs and will punish the rap singer for this: "It is clear that in the proven facts songs assume the prediction of a criminal illness, and the nature of the crime of risk makes it unnecessary to produce results to judge."

As explained last year, the court has taken into account article 170 of the Penal Code. According to this, a person can be punished "if the threats of a disease constituting a crime are to terrorize the inhabitants of a people, ethnic or cultural group, social or professional group and have the necessary gravity to achieve it".
