The order comes late, as the building is almost complete. When the second floor began to rise, they realized the existence of the building in the surrounding villages, as the City Hall had no record of it. Subsequently, a technical report from the City Council points out that these lands are not urbanizable.
The mayor of Navarra Suma, Julian Bator, explained that last August the council asked the Ministry of Defense to clarify the reasons why the buildings were being built, but since the ministry has not responded within the set deadline, it has ordered the work to be paralyzed.
In addition to the construction, the military has asked the City Hall to authorize them to close the shooting site and another large area, but the City Hall has denied it on the grounds that these lands are not military.
