The risk situation we are experiencing has made me reflect. Who manages the risks more appropriately? The upstairs? Down? The lower one does not have enough sight and the upper one lacks the details of reality. And we know how important the details are. We can therefore conclude that the most appropriate risk management, the most effective, is at the level at which the problem lies.

Responsible risk taking. Life itself can be at stake. It is an unwise person who does not want to see the dangers. Sovereign, who makes them his own. Within culture, the resolution is responsible for the problems where they exist, without deviating them upwards or downwards.

I am concerned that the Basques, no one in the category, will reduce the risk that has been exposed. And as a result of inefficiency, frustration is a good part of Basque cultural activity.

In times of crisis we have seen many of the violations that have occurred to our culture: The BBVA website in Euskera, the decline of ETB1, the official monolingual communiqués of Castilian, representatives who cannot communicate in Euskera awkwardly… The crisis managers have applied 155 to Euskera.

But I am convinced that these events have not been caused by the crisis. More than the views. I wish you a lot of COVID-19 for teaching you things as they are, without makeup. Neither the institutions nor the ETB believe it in Euskera. What we collect is what we've translated: we live in deferred. Our self-government depends on what Madrid wants and not on what they sell us from the government. The commitment of the Basques is maquillado and maquillado. Why, and to give it to them, to the Spaniards, to finance military, courts and jails? Hence the current Economic Concert. The sounds of their chin-chines are fascinated by the managers of the organizations that say they're ours. Knowing that the person who runs the concert is in Madrid, knowing that they are simple instruments that touch the score for their choice, beyond the TAV. Meanwhile, EH Bildu seeks in confrontation, with the same Spanish parties that support the government of the PNV, to form the left Basque axis (sic). There is no unity. Fragmented here too, with a reduced national view.

I do not see any institutions or parties that are going to assume the responsibilities necessary to deal with the risk situation that we are experiencing in this traffic jam. They lack the level – national – and the necessary power. I perceive them full of complexes, in Spanish. Would they not do us a favor by setting aside sovereign claims? Thus, I believe that the need and the desire to organize can be awakened to the public. To achieve sovereignty.

We will address the issue with collective responsibility, so that it lasts for us. Eneko Aritza had already been raised in a crisis situation, under the threat of frank attacks, to organize the resistance. The kingdom served for several centuries, until Spain conquered us in 1200 and 1512 and France in 1620. But we didn't sign the settlement document.
